The Crownlands Regional Rules
“Unity in Discipline, Strength in Governance.”
Article 1: General Conduct
Respect for All Members
All nations and residents of The Crownlands are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity. Harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks are strictly prohibited.
Behavior in Regional Spaces
All members must follow the guidelines for appropriate behavior in public and private spaces, including the Regional Message Board (RMB), Telegram Channels, and any other official regional platform.
No Spamming or Trolling
Spamming or trolling, including the unnecessary posting of repetitive content, irrelevant links, or inflammatory statements, will not be tolerated.
Article 2: Governance and Election
Adherence to Election Laws
All members must adhere to the rules governing elections and the election process, as laid out by the High Electoral Council. Any attempt to manipulate the election system is forbidden.
Respect for Regional Leadership
Regional leaders, including the Governor, Delegate, and High Electoral Council members, are to be respected at all times. Disrespectful behavior towards the leadership may result in sanctions or removal from the region.
Election Campaigning
Any candidate running for office must conduct their campaign ethically. No unauthorized use of regional resources for personal gain will be tolerated.
Article 3: Regional Security
Password Protection
The region’s password will only be shared with trusted individuals appointed by the Governor. Unauthorized sharing or tampering with the region's password is a serious violation.
Border Control
Border Control is responsible for maintaining the security of the region. Any attempts to infiltrate or disrupt regional security will be met with immediate removal and possible banishment.
Influence and Regional Decisions
The Regional Influence is to be used responsibly. Members who manipulate regional influence for selfish purposes or unauthorized objectives will be penalized.
Article 4: Regional Representation
World Assembly Representation
The Delegate is the sole voice of The Crownlands in the World Assembly and must not be undermined or contradicted in public regional platforms.
Embassies and Diplomacy
Embassies may only be opened with permission from the Delegate and Director of Immigration and Border Control. Diplomatic relations should be conducted with respect, and any abuse of diplomatic privileges may result in expulsion from the region.
Article 5: Disciplinary Action
Consequences for Violations
The High Electoral Council or Governor may impose penalties on those who violate these rules, including but not limited to:
Warnings
Temporary or permanent bans from the Regional Message Board
Temporary or permanent expulsion from the region
Appeals Process
Affected members may appeal their punishment to the High Electoral Council within 48 hours of the sanction being imposed. The Council will review the case and provide a final ruling.
Article 6: Modification to Rules
Rule Amendments
These rules may be modified or updated by the Governor with the approval of the High Electoral Council. Changes to the rules will be posted publicly for all members to review.
Transparency and Notice
All amendments to the rules will be communicated clearly to all members through official channels such as the Regional Message Board or Telegram.
